Tally is Ned's little sister and Andy's twin. Andy and Tally learned to be thieves at school, so they know all the best scamming tricks. Together with the Mall Rats' little gangster KC they make a great team.
Personality[]
Ned’s younger sister is her brother Andy’s twin. Like Andy, Tally is very smart and quick to recognise any opportunities that might benefit her – especially from a financial perspective.
She looks up to KC and enjoys the art of the scam. Tally may seem shrewd and selfish but she can also be sensitive and sympathetic to others in need, and seeing this kind side of her often surprises others.
History[]
Series 3[]
Tally arrives at the Mall with her twin Andy and her older brother Ned to trade Pride to the Chosen for food, and ends up as captive in the Mall along with the Mall Rats. Andy and Tally begin to make friends with KC, the resident mischief-maker, and begin to learn the secrets of the gambling trade, even pulling a few on KC! When her older brother Ned dies, Tally says "How could he do that to us?" She acts like she doesn't care. Though Tally is young, her cute face and persuasive ways often get her out of trouble.
Series 4[]
When the Technos start invading the city, Tally goes with Andy and KC to the airstrip to see the planes. However all three of them were captured by the Technos and shipped off. KC later resurfaces in a cage with Alice on Labour Island, but Andy and Tally's fates remain unknown.

- Amelia Reynolds, the actress who plays Tally, has a brief appearance as an unnamed girl wanting divorce in Series 2 Episode 25.
- Tally is seen as one of the characters in Paul's reality space in The Tribe: Reunion manga.
